General Rules

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 544k platform and its users. By accessing the 544k website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

Account Registration

To create an account on the 544k platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may operate only one account.

• Creating an account in someone else's name or identity is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow any third party access to your account. The account holder is personally responsible for all activities carried out through the account.

Age Limit & Identity Verification

Use of any 544k service by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify the identity and age of any account holder at any time.

3.1 Identity Verification Process

For identity verification, 544k may request the following documents:

• A scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of bank account or mobile banking account (at the time of withdrawal).
• Proof of current address, if required.

544k reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if the holder does not cooperate with the verification process. This process is carried out solely for the protection of users.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the 544k platform is ৳500. The following payment methods are accepted:

• bKash — minimum ৳500
• Nagad — minimum ৳500
• Rocket — minimum ৳500
• Bank Transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank) — minimum ৳500

Deposited funds are intended for use on 544k's gaming services only. These funds may not be used for any other purpose.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests will only be accepted from verified accounts.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must be consistent with the deposit method.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5 for details).
• If any active investigation is ongoing on an account, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

544k offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
• ৳12,000 or more deposit → bonus capped at ৳8,000 → total balance ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x) the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = bets worth ৳30,000 must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are clearly stated at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same household or device.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 544k reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• VIP cashback bonuses apply weekly. Weekly cashback is available up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and 1.5% at Platinum.

Fair Play Rules

The 544k platform believes in fair play. All gaming outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is entirely impartial and not predetermined.

6.1 Integrity of Play

• Players must place bets honestly and based on their own judgment.
• Game manipulation, collusion, or the use of any other dishonest strategy is prohibited.
• Any match-fixing or use of insider information in sports betting is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability in the system is prohibited — such incidents must be reported to the support team immediately.

6.2 Dispute Resolution

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 544k platform:

• Operating an account by or on behalf of a minor.
• Creating multiple accounts or operating more than one account from a single device.
• Creating an account using false or misleading information.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds of illegal origin.
• Participating in games using bots, automated scripts, or any other technological means.
• Identifying and exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Any attempt to harass or harm other users.
• Strategic betting patterns designed for the purpose of bonus abuse.

For any of the above violations, 544k may suspend or permanently close the account and cancel any accumulated bonuses. Relevant authorities may also be notified if necessary.

Account Suspension or Closure

8.1 Suspension by 544k

544k may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Evidence of bonus abuse.
• Responsible gaming concerns (such as a player's self-exclusion request).

8.2 Closure by the User

You may voluntarily close your account at any time. To do so, contact the 544k support team via live chat or email. All valid balances will be permitted to be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Limitation of Liability

The user is solely responsible for any financial loss resulting from use of the 544k platform. Online betting and gambling carry financial risk, and you should not wager more than you can afford to lose.
